    Manager response:  Robert, thank you for massadge. We have got your message about deliveries. You probably think that one of the orders wasn't delivered, but that's not correct. We have delivered all three orders, but two of them were combined in one, because of the number of roses that didn't make any sense to separate them. Hope this clarifies the situation. If you have any questions, we will be glad to answer them.
