❀ Flower delivery to Aarhus

Okay, Sadly this was my very last time ordering from this site, due to several reasons and I will try to explain each of them very carefully. - First things first, customer support is unacceptable, have been asking many times to clarify date of delivery and status of order and what I have been only told was - to be patient and I will get contacted via email about status - never received any email. - Secondly, date for flowers to be delivered is not as you would expect, as received had to wait two days after I have made an order, this is unacceptable as when I order for certain date I expect them to be delivered that day (of course time can differ as I understand the performer can have variety of workload). - Next, address of the order was not delivered to the performer, so florist had to contact receiver personally to ask for a delivery address as this is also completely incompetent from ua-flowers. I find hard to admit this as I gave two more times for this page to get back their reputation and been disappointed very sadly. Best of luck in further experience to everyone and hope you will not have to deal with what I had, and to ua-flowers I just wish to improve on crucial parts and make sure orders are delivered more precisely and with correct information.

This is my third time ordering flowers for someone. First two were very please, but this time have been asked to pay extra 73 USD to 50 USD that I have already paid, because flowers were more expensive (than expected) so that was not very pleasant experience. :/
